CBC incorporates Risk Based Pricing compliance in the credit reports

When you pull your credit reports with CBC, our system will automatically generate the Credit Score Disclosure Exception Notice along with the credit report. You can easily print the notice to present to your consumer or even email the notice if desired. We will also produce the proper notice in the event the consumer doesn't have a credit score available.
To ensure compliance and maintain an audit trail, the Credit Score Disclosure that is generated will be maintained in the eVault. CBC's eCredit Complete portal includes the eVault; an electronic deal storage repository used to store and recall data in the event of an audit or customer dispute.
